How can I ensure that all telephone address books and other settings are also available at home?

Don't worry; almost all of us will be able to move our work to other locations with the least effort imaginable and, above all, without any security risks for the company. Depending on the type of phone systems used in your company, either the contacts sync with your Snom phone or you simply access all important data via the phone cloud. If your telephone system is a so-called "on premise" IP telephone system (PBX), i.e. permanently installed in the company, you may only need one more intermediate step: If you want to encrypt the data stream between your home office telephone and the PBX in the office, your administrator must make the Snom telephone VPN-capable, i.e. the settings on the web interface are adjusted and a VPN patch is installed which is available for each telephone in the firmware segment on service.snom.com. Once this has been done: Take the Snom phone with you, log on to your router / the Internet via LAN cable or Snom A210 WLAN stick and you can start just making calls as you would at your normal place of work.
