Snom’s UK Partner Event Sets Sail for 2023

Earlier this month, we had the pleasure of hosting our UK partners on the historic HMS Belfast in London for our 2023 UK Partner Event.  

The annual event offers a fantastic opportunity for ‘Snommies’ to come together with our partners to share insights about the market, hear about the projects they’re currently working on and understand how our team can best support them.  

It’s also an opportunity to showcase the latest innovations at Snom and share a product roadmap, giving our partners a taste of what they can expect from us over the next 12 months.  

Our two UK Channel Managers, Steven Try and newly appointed Paul Grant, presented several of our reseller and distributor partners with Gold and Silver awards which recognise outstanding commercial success, as well as the technical knowledge they have of Snom’s products and the strong relationships they have built.

At Snom, we truly value the relationships with our partners, and regular feedback is vital in helping to ensure we are meeting their needs, and the needs of end user organisations. To continue our understanding of the challenges and opportunities they face, we asked our partners a series of questions.   

These questions focused on how their customer base currently operates, the type of technology they purchase and what they value most when purchasing. 80% of respondents said that the majority of their customer base is working in a hybrid model – and so are looking for devices that support remote working.  

Security of devices has also grown in priority, with 60% of respondents saying this had become a bigger factor for their customers over the past 6 months. Half of respondents ranked the quality of technology, such as its audio quality and feature set, as most important to customers.  

There are plenty of exciting plans on the horizon for Snom UK – and we’re looking forward to sharing more with you in the coming months.
