Hillson CHEUNG Hoi

President of Telecommunication Products

Hillson CHEUNG Hoi is responsible for the telecommunication products at VTech. This includes Snom Technology GmbH and VTech Telecommunications LTD, as well as the entire R&D, industrial design, ODM and manufacturing divisions.

Mr CHEUNG first joined the VTech Group in 2000 as plant manager for electronic learning products. He subsequently held various management positions in different companies, including product development, supply chain management and electronics manufacturing, before rejoining VTech in 2007.

Mr CHEUNG is an engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the City University of Hong Kong and a Master of Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Shereen TONG Ka Hung

Group Chief Financial Officer

Shereen TONG Ka Hung is responsible for accounting, tax, treasury and finance as well as information technology and human resources management. Ms TONG has worked for the VTech Group since 1994 and has held senior positions in various areas, including internal audit and financial control.

She holds an MBA degree from Manchester Business School, UK, a Master of Science in Information Systems from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, UK, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK, and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
